Abandoned Brewery

I was in Halle this weekend and R brought me to visit the abandoned brewery.

There is something hauntingly beautiful about the derelict space. The absence of a purpose for the building yet a strong presence of people who have visited the place keeps it alive. There were collapsed ceilings, burnt roofs, broken windows, rusty decomposing metal. When you are in a place where everything isn’t right, being not alright seems right.

This is one of the place where I enter without a focus, I didn’t know what to expect and I couldn’t have a very precise image for my camera.
