Quick Meals

I’ve been so busy lately, i hardly have anytime to breathe.

Everything i’m doing now is about music, I love music. However, loving is not enough. You need commitment, self discipline and humility to make good music. I’m tired. I have no excuse.

Here are some quick & healthy meals, to keep me going .

Plain Wheat crackers with Cheese and Apple.

Organic pasta with tuna, fresh tomatoes and carrots.
